Mr Prakash and his team of porters services are “NOT” excellent they’re SUPER DUPER EXCELLENT!!! providing us services way beyond norm taking care of all our requests and needs. Every rest stops along the way to ABC they ensure hot meal, coffee, tea etc are timely provided sometimes even preorder our meals, that’s what we call 5 STARS services.
Mr Prakash was so kind and thoughtful to share his mobile HotSpot whenever there’s connection so that we can contact our families to ensure we’re safe up in the remote mountain.
His team of porters not only brought up our luggages to teahouse they even sorted them to place in front of our room BRAVO! Mr Porters, the porters even backtrack to help those who were struggling behind, it’s always customer first.
City tour in Pokhara and Kathmandu were organize smoothly, relaxing and no rush , time is always on our side, delicious meal were always provided.
