I had limited time in Nepal, and Pikey Peak hit the sweet spot. It offers high-altitude thrills and incredible Himalayan views without the two-week commitment of the classic Everest treks. It’s challenging enough to feel like an accomplishment, but manageable enough that I didn’t feel completely wiped out. The ridge walk on the final day is one of the most stunning paths I’ve ever walked.
