Today, you will have a guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur's heritage sites. In the Kathmandu city, there are four major UNESCO World Heritage Sites- the Kathmandu Durbar Square, the holy Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the Boudhanath Stupa and the Swayambhunath Temple. Bhaktapur and Patan each also have their respective Durbar Squares like that of Kathmandu. After the tour, you will then be driving to Nagarkot, which is situated about an hour away from the city. Nagarkot is one of the most renowned hill stations near Kathmandu. Early in the morning at dawn, you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the sunrise amidst the ivory mountain peaks. Today is quite an adventurous day as you will be enjoying a rafting thrill on the Trishuli River en route to Kathmandu. The Trishuli River presents fast rapids and swift turns in the water that make for a grand rafting adventure. After the rafting adventure, you will make your way back to Kathmandu, driving along the same highway and the countryside with its vast plantations. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Kathmandu.
