  6. Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel(2830 m), 6-7 Hours
  7. Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi(1550m), 6-7 Hours 
  8. Syabrubesi to Kathmandu(1380m), 8-9 Hours

Elevation and Altitude Sickness
